Working at Craster
At Craster, people join for the products but stay for the connections. Across every department, from Product Design to Sales, Finance to BI, one thing stands out: the people. “Everybody is super friendly,” says Natalie (Programme Manager). “It’s a really nice, sociable and helpful team.” That sense of connection defines Craster’s culture. It’s a place where creativity, curiosity and collaboration drive everything we do.
A Culture of Creativity and Curiosity
Craster is built on curiosity: the drive to explore new ideas, challenge convention and learn from one another. “We’re driven by curiosity, creativity and excellence,” says Founder Alex Craster. “That comes from working with talented people from all around the world.” Amy Myers, COO, adds: “Our vision has always been to bring together intelligent people to create beautiful products and ideas. When you get them together, the friction of that creative mix becomes something magical.”
This curiosity thrives in our diverse, global team. Each person brings a new perspective, shaped by different cultures, experiences and ways of thinking, that fuels innovation across the business. Jenny (HR Director) sums it up: “We’ve got lots of people who are really bright and inquisitive. They want to know more about the things around them. That curiosity keeps our culture open and dynamic.”
A Global Team
Though headquartered in London, Craster’s reach is global, and so is its team. “It’s one of the best teams I’ve ever worked with,” says Mathilde (Account Manager). “Very international—people from absolutely everywhere—and everyone helps each other out.”
This sense of global connection is brought to life every year during Company Week, when the entire team comes together to share ideas, celebrate achievements and plan for the future.
Nathan (Regional Sales Director) explains: “Especially if you’re not based in the UK, it’s so valuable. You spend time with colleagues, see the new products, and it strengthens that feeling of family.”
Balance and Growth
Craster knows that creativity thrives when people have balance. The company offers hybrid working and a birthday day off. “It’s always nice to have that extra day to yourself,” says Mathilde (Account Manager). Piero (Account Manager) values the flexibility: “I’m quite independent in how I work and plan my week. That balance between work and private life really helps.”
And for those at the start of their careers, Craster offers a chance to learn how an entire business operates. Jacqui (Sales Director) notes, “You get to see how the whole business works. There’s an opportunity to get involved in lots of different things and work with the wider team.”
Jenny (HR Director) adds, “In an SME like Craster, you can really expand your experience across departments. If you’re curious and eager to learn, it’s the perfect place.”
What emerges from the people who work here is simple: Craster is a place where talented, curious individuals come together to build exceptional experiences.
