Pre-frozen in a standard freezer before service, it sits inside the cooler and is shaped to fit closely around the three carafes, so it chills them efficiently with no loose ice, no meltwater and no drip on the buffet.
Working with the cooler's vacuum insulation, the Cold Cell keeps drinks below 4°C for up to eight hours, so staff spend less time replenishing and guests enjoy properly chilled drinks to the end of service. It also takes most standard white wine bottles. Keep a second Cold Cell in the freezer to swap in for long or back-to-back services.
