Craster 2025: a year of design momentum, global presence and collective growth
As 2025 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year that has shaped Craster in meaningful and lasting ways. What began with bold ambitions has unfolded into one of our most dynamic and creatively fulfilling years yet—defined by new products, new partnerships, and renewed commitment to the craft and culture that drive our work.
A Stronger Global Presence
Craster’s presence across the international hospitality landscape grew significantly in 2025. This year, our teams travelled across key regions to participate in some of the industry’s most influential events- including NRA in Chicago, Catering Platform in London, Fine Food Australia in Melbourne, Sirha Arabia in Riyadh, HOST in Milan, and To The Table MEA in Ras Al Khaimah, as well as a special showcase at the W Prague launch.
Each event gave us a unique platform to engage with chefs, operators, hoteliers, and designers, allowing us to demonstrate how our product ranges continue to evolve in response to global trends. Whether discussing breakfast solutions in the Middle East, modular buffet displays in Europe, or back-of-house operational needs in North America, these conversations sharpened our understanding of the diverse challenges our clients face—and how Craster can meet them.
Our stands this year were intentionally designed to feel immersive and intuitive, enabling visitors to walk through our collections as they would a hospitality space. The positive feedback from clients and partners reinforced the importance of design-led storytelling and reaffirmed Craster’s role as a thought leader in premium hospitality solutions.

Elevating Our Product Portfolio
2025 marked a decisive step forward in strengthening our core systems. This year, we introduced two key additions to the Craster portfolio: new Tilt wooden bowls and platters, bringing warmth and ease to multi-height and flat service displays, and Solo, our porcelain collection designed to deliver clarity and calm for individual moments of service.
Alongside these releases, our teams progressed a parallel stream of development work that will shape the year ahead. Flow advanced with new dividers, two-tier risers and 1.4 plinths, extending its capacity for compact yet abundant layouts. Tilt is evolving further through the creation of Linear Bowls, offering a refined geometry for operators wanting ordered, stackable porcelain solutions. Stak and Fare are also seeing the development of next-generation accessories including lighting, signage, screens and cabinetry to enhance mobile service and spatial flexibility.
While these forthcoming elements debut in early 2026, the design intent behind them shaped our practice throughout 2025. Our design, product development, and commercial teams continued to work as one, ensuring that every release and upcoming evolution strengthens the operational and experiential flow of modern hospitality environments.
A Culture Strengthened by Connection
Beyond product innovation, 2025 was a year defined by our people. In April, our annual Company Week brought the entire Craster team together for workshops, discussions, hands-on training, and shared moments of inspiration. It reinforced something we’ve always believed: design excellence is driven by strong relationships, within the company and beyond it. Throughout the year, we continued to invest in wellbeing, community and culture through:
• Our McMillan charity bake-off, where the generosity of the team helped raise funds for a cause close to many of us.
• Pumpkin carving and creative competitions, adding a playful spirit to the autumn season.
• Wellbeing Week, offering space to pause, recharge, and reconnect with what supports us at work and at home.
• A truly memorable Christmas celebration, wrapping up the year with warmth and gratitude.
These shared experiences strengthen the foundation that allows us to innovate with confidence and purpose.

Looking Ahead to 2026
Reflecting on the momentum of 2025, we feel deeply proud, and equally energised for what comes next. The relationships we’ve built this year, the systems we’ve refined, and the new ideas set in motion have positioned us for an exciting and ambitious 2026. To our clients, partners, collaborators, and colleagues: thank you. Your trust, creativity, and perspective help shape everything we do. We look forward to building on this year’s achievements, deepening our partnerships, and continuing to elevate design and service for the hospitality world.
Here’s to a bold and brilliant 2026!
