Hotel Martinez Cannes

Originally opened in the 1920s, the Hôtel Martinez embodies the light-hearted lifestyle of the Côte d’Azur.

Known for its patrons and their zest for life, this storied property on France’s Mediterranean coast is and was the place to see and be seen. Inspired by the property’s Art Deco architecture, interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon breathed new life into this Green Globe-certified luxury hotel in Cannes. Craster delighted in a challenge to provide an elegant F&B platform that responded to Art Deco’s originality and timelessness and Rochon’s vision for contemporary eco-luxury.

Needing a dynamic, sustainable and mobile platform for service that fit discreetly into the Martinez’s refreshed aesthetic, Craster offered none other than the chef-favoured Flow system. Craster’s Flow range is a versatile modular display system, based around a gastronorm footprint, offering solutions for ambient, hot and cold set ups. Rendered in a refined, sustainable North American walnut, Flow trolleys and gastronorm trays offer the Martinez a platform of pedigreed materials that may be easily moved between front and back-of-house for discreet replenishment.

Craster’s modular Flow range empowers the Hôtel Martinez with a guest-delighting mobile F&B platform that captures the sustainable and storied essence of the property. Intelligently-engineered to offer robust and easily-replenishable service indoors and outdoors, Flow supports the Martinez to make the most of their dining and event spaces, while the buffet range’s angular and recessed woodwork rhyme with the Art Deco aesthetic and Rochon’s vision for refurbishment.
