Trade Marketing Executive
Reports to: Marketing Team Lead

Purpose of the Role:
The Trade Marketing Executive supports the marketing and commercial teams with a focus on designing assets and coordinating education, engagement and support of trade events, distribution partner support and facilitating commercial team alignment.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Create content and design-led marketing material to drive sales, tailored by region, country or channel as required
- Design and generate trade assets for initiatives that respond to joint business plans across Craster and its network
- Work with the commercial team on key opportunities, designing and delivering bespoke customer requirements requested by the sales team, with emphasis on leveraging and sponsoring projects with internal space planning tool and technology
- Develop quarterly and by-campaign assets for distributors and Craster network and work with distributor marketing contacts to maximise Craster presence across their touchpoints
- Create, develop and execute innovative ideas around business generating events and exhibitions both in the UK and globally to support trade show strategy and operations
- Coordinate product launch and product care training across design, sales, distributor support, customer service and marketing, including sample orders
- Take ownership of marketing samples and merchandising across warehouses and head office, including our prestigious London showroom
Skills/Experience/Capabilities:
- Strong track record of successfully delivering on-brand assets across the marketing mix
- Comfortable and confident presenting in front of a group / online
- Creative with experience in transforming brief & concepts into assets and materials
- Organised and deadline-oriented with an ability to manage small-scale projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and flexibility in a
- fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, with emphasis on delivering content in PowerPoint through designing and iterating templates
- Experience or related desire to work with a luxury brand and clients
- 1+ years marketing or design experience required working in a marketing environment; ideally within a marketing agency and looking to move client side
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organisation and possesses excellent communication skills
- A desire to further develop marketing skills, including taking the initiative to learn new areas through external and internal sources
- Energetic, resourceful and hands-on in approach
- Confident in ability to work within own project scope and as a collaborator within larger teams
- Willingness to learn within a growing company
- Additional language abilities are an advantage
- Demonstrable proficiency in the Adobe Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to commute to and from our prestigious London office (2-3 days per week)
