You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in good, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Original delivery charges paid at the time of your order are non-refundable.
Once your return has been arranged and collected by the courier, please send us the tracking information. This allows us to monitor your return and inform our warehouse of its arrival.
Although we take every care in the picking, packing, and delivery of your order, we understand that, on rare occasions, issues may arise. Should any items arrive damaged, missing, or incorrect, we kindly ask that you:
Photograph the external and internal packaging with both SKU labels and the affected product(s).
Send these images, along with a brief description of the issue, to our Customer Experience team.
We will ensure the matter is handled with the utmost attention and care.
To ensure we can assist you promptly, please report any such issues within 7 days of delivery.
