Latest Information: Email Security

We are investigating, as a matter of urgency, a phishing attack that exposed email data in our system. As a result, some details about our customers’ contact and payment information may have been exposed.

What To Do

We encourage our clients and customers to delete any email from Craster with unsolicited DropBox links as these can compromise your data. As a matter of best practice, we also encourage you to reset email account passwords and discuss with your internal IT team any internal processes.

Additionally, please review any payment information shared with the email address orders@craster.com or generalenquiries@craster.com and take necessary steps to secure/change any confidential data that was transmitted to these accounts.

What Craster is Doing

We are contacting all affected customers to say sorry, and we will continue to update them in the coming days. We have already performed a team-wide audit of our email system to identify compromised accounts and reviewed our integrated tech systems to find no further vulnerabilities.

We take your privacy very seriously, and we will continue to work diligently to protect your personal information. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Sean Cotter at Sean.Cotter@Craster.com.
