Responsible for the successful management of an account portfolio, developing and implementing plans that deliver growth and increased brand visibility for Craster.
Implementation of strategic commercial and marketing plans within the region
Achievement of annual and quarterly budgeted sales targets, and individual objectives as directed by your line manager
To provide a 5* experience in all client interactions, offering consultation and support. Acting as an expert in selling goods to customers that meet their needs and desires
Delivering personal sales revenues through robust commercial relationships with end clients and distributors
Responsibilities of the role:
Build annual account plans and forecasts in line with the regional commercial and marketing plans, and review performance on a monthly basis taking remedial action to ensure achievement of budgeted targets
Provide accurate documentation to support all commercial contracts and terms agreements. Maintain these on an annual basis
Develop plans to support all new product development initiatives across the portfolio
Identify any training and support required for key Distributors and partners and liaise with the Business Development Team for implementation
Conduct Quarterly business reviews with the top 10 clients
Attend shows and events to assist in set-up, managing sales leads, talking to potential new clients and existing distributors and partners
Follow new trends and suggest alternative ways to market to our clients
Tracking & reporting on competitor activity
Delivery of personal sales performance targets and KPIs and meeting all MSOP at all times
Ensure all personnel within Craster are aware of appropriate man marking responsibilities within your account portfolio. Engineer the appropriate meetings to facilitate appointments between Craster personnel from other departments and their counterparts in the account portfolio as appropriate
Providing cover for other personnel when required
