We are excited to announce Craster is participating in the largest exhibition for the Catering & Hospitality Industries in Tokyo on the 20-23rd of February. The HCJ is a ‘must-visit’ event with its history of 40 years and we are delighted to be participating in this tradition. 

The HCJ program offers three events simultaneously: HOTERES JAPAN, CATEREX JAPAN and JAPAN FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT SHOW. The exhibition scale is just tremendous – about 2,100 booths. More than 60,000 people have already registered. We can’t wait to meet industry professionals from across the world and of course eat at some delicious Japanese restaurants!
