In-House Sales Consultant Apply

By building strong relationships and working closely with our Distributor network, our Consultants are able to provide a five star sales experience to our clients. We are looking for a French speaker to  manage the EU region.



Distributor Sales Support

  • Deliver the sales revenue and profit targets of your distributor portfolio
  • Deliver regular trainings to distributor sales teams so that they are fully briefed on Craster product range and latest product updates
  • Ensure that distribution partners are effectively marketing Craster to their client base, by working with them to maximise Craster presence across their sales media such as:
    • Distributor showroom sample sets and layout plans
    • Distributor websites
    • Distributor catalogues
    • Distributor Newsletters
    • Distributor Social media
    • Distributor Offline catalogue mail shots
    • Distributor Team sales tools - such as access to Craster presentations / Videos on their sales tablets
    • Craster Sample packs
    • Craster Catalogues
    • Ensuring that they have support in terms of (new product releases / care documents / product spec. sheets)
  • Actively work with Distributors to develop their Sales Pipelines.
  • Work with Distributor Sales teams to identify leads through all possible data sources (THP database, Linked In, Trade media, contact calling)
  • Help Distributors to develop, nurture and close sales for both opening projects and existing properties.
  • Keep track of all key opportunities by distributor and key project
  • Support interfacing commercial functions to deliver their business targets
  • Particularly helping Craster Field Sales teams to line up side saddle meeting schedules with Distributor sales reps when in country
  • Quoting - provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing on all enquiries while striving to maintain maximum profit margins
  • Track and manage sample send-outs to maximise the sales opportunity


Database Management

  • Keep client database updated for your region - adding new contacts / updating roles/adding new properties/Ensuring all Clarity fields are complete & up-to-date
  • Ensure duplicate companies, contacts and projects are properly updated in the system


Inbound Sales

  • 1st point of contact for incoming client contact- either via email or phone. Qualifying client's project and determining best next steps to assist them
  • Send out catalogues to the potential clients or to update existing clients



  • The successful applicant must be willing to travel as this position will require it (expect 1-3x / year)
  • Experience in an active sales or client support role
  • Experience working with and promoting distributors as re-sellers of a retail product
  • Confidence in working directly with a client on the phone & face to face
  • Experience in working within a sales team - supporting field sales
  • Pro-active management & improvement of the customer experience.
  • Working knowledge & experience of the sales order & delivery process
  • Self-management required as team is often traveling and times in office may conflict
